PLANNING

Planning is an important tool that defines the basic policy, direction, and sequence for production. PROGRESSIVE provide a systematic and comprehensive service to our customer by establishing at an early stage, a well planned production.

The production plans describe how a job will be done on day to day basis in specified sequence of detailed events. Production control gather information concerning the status of work on regular basis, analysis this information and compares it to a set standard, e.g. a master project schedule and a defined scope of works and services, and report on it. With each report, it projects current and past performance to predict the end result, thus calling early attention to potential problems that may make it impossible to attain the desired results.

Production management, thus, can take steps to redirect the progress of the work to avoid such problems. To make the production control system effective, a reliable and realistic system shall be established and maintained taking into account all the various conditions surrounding the production. Planning and scheduling during all phases of the production will achieve the required integration of design, engineering, procurement and fabrication activities which shall be

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Since engineering projects are required to satisfy the technical, quality, safety, budget, and schedule criteria, unique administration skills and management techniques are necessary. To help efficiently execute projects, PROGRESSIVE has developed, and applies today, a specialized management technique.

The management Techniques are intended to manage the technical quality, safety, budget, and schedule in the most scientific and systematic manner by effectively utilizing resources, such as skilled and unskilled workers, supervisors, time, newest technology and information available. The system developed through diverse projects accomplished by team, has become the foundation for providing the best service for our clients by completely reliable, quality, and safe projects on schedule and within budget.

PRODUCTION

Since an important part of project is efficient and reliable production, PROGRESSIVE team has developed its own experience in establishing and operating an integrated production system.

Fully qualified, experienced and responsible engineers are selected to establish and conduct detailed production operations. Every effort is made to complete the Production either on time or ahead of schedule. In order to guarantee the highest quality, and safety in our production, PROGRESSIVE continuously verifies production activities; pursue ways to develop new techniques to efficiently accomplish production work on time.

SUPERVISION

PROGRESSIVE have always provided technical assistance by supervising our workshop production conventionally and proprietary, using our expertise developed over several years in this field. We train our Engineers and Technicians especially for the tasks they perform and to work.

QUALITY TESTING

Testing shall be done in accordance with standard testing procedures. A full format record of the same shall be kept. If required testing is carried out in the presence of customer representatives.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

We consider it as our responsibility to produce and implement quality assurance plan to ensure that inspection and testing of the works is carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions, standards and codes in vogue. Suitably qualified and experience personnel are appointed to implement the approved Quality Assurance plans.

QUALITY CONTROL

In all the works entrusted or undertaken we consider, as our responsibility for implementing Quality control procedures. The procedures contain inspection report forms and test reports to record the quality of the materials and workmanship, in accordance with the requirement of the work. The procedure is generally implemented with the consent of our client. We appoint an inspection engineer to implement the Quality control procedures for that job. The engineer is then responsible for preparation of weekly Quality control Reports along with corresponding test and inspection report forms, which are finally handed over to customer.

SAFETY

The safety department of PROGRESSIVE encourages all the personnel to be responsible for their personal safety of others who may be affected by their acts or omission at work. The department shoulders the responsibility for bringing to the attention of all the employees and workmen the requirement to work safely at all times.

The rules are prepared as a guideline. They are to be read,understood and practiced by all personnel on the shop floor. The rules encompass enviourmental safety also. All personnel are well trained and experienced for their duties and qualified for the nature of job. All necessary precautions signs ad labels are displayed near place of work or near equipment or installations.

Additional information on accident prevention is available. Necessary safety equipments are used. First aid kit, equipments and medicines are available at the place of work.
